Special Features
Immaculata University had a need for new Admissions and Financial Aid offices. They turned to the R.C. Legnini Company to help in the value engineering and construction of the building. The new facility was delivered on time and under budget on January 3, 2012.
The 9,000 sf building features a two-story Admissions Hall with double-sided fireplace and native Pennsylvania stone consistent with other buildings found on campus. The cupola, with subtle LED lighting, has become a beacon for new and prospective students as well as a point of pride for the entire University.
R.C. Legnini not only met a very challenging schedule and budget, but managed to bring the project in under-budget, while exceeding most everyone’s expectations.
