Historic Oakbourne Mansion Greets the New Decade With A NewExterior

For the past several months the craftsmen and women of R.C. Legnini Co. have been restoring the exterior of the historic Oakbourne Mansion to its' former glory.  The mansion was originally built for Mr. and Mrs. John Hulme in the late 1800's as a summer residence.  Westtown Township acquired the property in 1974 and has developed it into a park and event space.  The Township invited R.C. Legnini to bid on the project, based on their extensive experience in the renovation of historic properties.  Replacing time-worn architectural elements, matching moldings and putting a new face on this incredible building was a labor of love for all of our team members.
