Immaculata University Selects R.C. Legnini Co. to Build the New Parsons Science Pavilion

From an initial list of over two dozen contractors and construction managers, Immaculata University has awarded the pre-construction and construction phase of the Parsons Science Pavilion to R. C. Legnini Company.  The new science building will house 7 new science labs and accompanying class rooms in over 15,000 square feet.  Initial construction planning has begun and R.C. Legnini will be working with the University to finalize designs and begin construction in the early summer of 2021.
