R.C. Legnini Puts Finishing Touches on Maris Grove

For the past year, R.C. Legnini has been working diligently at Maris Grove, an Erickson community with over 2,400 apartments and an 87-acre campus. We have completed Phases one, two, and three, and are finishing Phase four. The project is a life cycle renovation, which consists of new carpets, painting, and lighting. R.C. Legnini has done renovations for Maris Grove’s two dining halls, five common bathrooms, the theater, a catering room, lobby, and several offices. We are looking forward to the completion of the project in the next few weeks.
