Complete renovation of circa 1890, 4800 sf President Residence
Work included renovations of 7 bathrooms with ADA upgrades, installation of geothermal HVAC system, new electrical system, conversion of existing cooking area into a commercial grade kitchen, new fire protection system
Integration of ADA elements to the entire 1st floor
Incorporation of “Green” technology with the use of geothermal, new insulations, windows, flooring and luminaries
